4. Colours and Sizing Charts
The colours of our garments may be different to what appears on your monitor. Huckleberry Lane cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor is accurate.
The Sizing Charts are only intended to act as a guide as to body sizing and are not intended to represent garment dimensions.
5. Indemnity and limitation of liability
You hereby agree to indemnify and hold Huckleberry Lane harmless for
any losses, liabilities, damages, claims and expenses suffered or
incurred by you arising out of or related to your use of the Website.
You agree that Huckleberry Lane is not liable to you for any losses,
liabilities, damages, claims and expenses arising out of or related to
your use of the Website.
Huckleberry Lane does not guarantee that the Website will be free from viruses, spy-ware, worms, trojans (“Viruses”) and will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether to personal property or otherwise, suffered as a result of or in connection with any Viruses contained on the Website.
6. Purchase of Goods
Any order placed by you via this Website constitutes an offer by you to Huckleberry Lane to purchase a particular product or service for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified in this Website at the time you place your order.
Huckleberry Lane reserves the right to accept or reject any offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error or omission in the price or the product description, or an error in your order.
No binding contract shall be formed unless Huckleberry Lane communicates to you that it has accepted your order and that payment of the purchase price has been confirmed.
Advertised prices for products or services are quoted in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). The prices are current at the time they are published on the Website but may change from time to time and at any time at the sole discretion of Huckleberry Lane.
7. Delivery of Goods
Huckleberry Lane retains right and title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products.
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure the safe and timely delivery of products, you agree that Huckleberry Lane does not bear the risk nor is it liable for loss or damage to the products whilst they are in transit and that the risk of such loss or damage to products passes to you once they are in transit or are in the process of being delivered by the delivery contractor.
We deliver to your business or residential address. Please allow approximately 5-10 working days for delivery of goods.
Deliveries will be made via Registered Post and signature is required for delivery.

Tracking is generally available at least two (2) days after shipment.
All parcels are insured for loss.

International Orders
Goods will be delivered in approximately 10-15 postal working days. If an item is ordered that is not currently in stock, all items will be withheld until order is completely fulfilled.
Please contact our office for an alternative arrangement.
$29.95 postage and handling for deliveries outside of Australia.
Upon arrival in the destination country the parcels are distributed by the local postal services.
Please note that occasionally customs inspections may also delay delivery by a few days.
Important: If your order has not been delivered within the specified times please contact Huckleberry Lane via email enquiries@huckleberrylane.com.au to obtain your postal reference number. You will need to quote your tax invoice number to ensure prompt service.

Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
8. Late Deliveries
If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:
Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing. Orders placed after midday will be downloaded into the system for the following day therefore not processed that day.

10. Payment Options
Huckleberry Lane accepts payment via Visa or MasterCard. For non credit card orders, we will despatch your order once payment is received. We accept cheques, bank cheques, money orders and direct deposit to our bank account. Cheques are required to be cleared prior to despatching your order. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
You and Huckleberry Lane agree to irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Victoria, Australia.
12. Security Policy
When purchasing from Huckleberry Lane your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. An SSL Certificate will encrypt credit card data of payments processed on our website before they are passed to our payment gateway PayPal, using the PayPal Pro Hosted payment method.
